| What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here? I purchased The Wedding Bell in March 2007. I love this place. It is so much fun helping brides find the gown of their dreams and knowing that we play such an important role in so many lives. We expanded into Prom in 2008, and it has been great helping these young women find their Prom gowns, and we hope to see them all back as brides.
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
I don't know that I have a favorite story in particular. Every bride we work with is memorable. It is so much fun to go through the process of finding a gown for them, then seeing their whole face light up when they realize it's "the one." It's an amazing thing to watch!
I did have a very sweet Prom girl this past season. The first time she came into the store, she brought her Dad with her. It was so nice to see a Dad out shopping with his daughter. She found the perfect dress. It was a coral gown with pickups. They went home to get her money, and she came back that afternoon to put the deposit down and set up a layaway plan. She came in faithfully every couple of weeks to make her payments with money she earned. She even sent us a wonderful thank you card with a picture afterwards and told us how special we made her Prom night. Her parents must be so proud of her. She was truly a unique young lady, and I know she will go far.
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
I would advise brides to keep an open mind and work with their consultant to find their dream gown. Don't be afraid to tell us what you want, but also keep an open mind to suggestions that your consultants have. I can't tell you how many times I hear that a girl ended up purchasing a gown she never thought she'd even try on. It's amazing how different features of gowns bring out the best in our bodies. Also, make sure that you end up buying the gown "you" want. Don't feel pressured by family or friends into something you don't want. You want to look back at your wedding day images and know that your gown was perfect!
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
I have an 8-year-old son named Austin, a 6-year-old daughter named Lindsay, and a wonderful husband. When I'm not working, I am most likely off on some adventure with them!

| | What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here? I have worked at The Wedding Bell since November 2008! I absolutely love my job! Each day, I get the opportunity to help someone with their special day and finding the most important gown of the their life! To be the one who finds their gown for them is the best feeling ever! I love that I am able to work with the people I do. The staff that we have we are a Family!
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
I wouldn't be able to pick out just one story. There are so many! Our job is to put beautiful gowns on women, and find their dream wedding gowns! How much more fun can you have at a job! One of my favorite moments would be when the girl knows it's the dress and her friends and family have that same feeling. I get so excited for them!
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
I would tell them to get it done in advance, the sooner the better! The bridal gown sets the tone for your wedding! I would also say stick to only a few stores. When you go store to store, you will find yourself overwhelmed! Too many choices and too many gowns to remember. Don't bring 10 people to the show either. Take your mom or closest friends. Too many opinions makes it harder to decide on your gown! And, remember, it's YOUR GOWN!
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
I love to spend time with my friends and family! I enjoy walks (Chambers Bay Golf course!), trying new restaurants, cooking, and shopping! I have two Yorkies, Jack and Jill, whom I love dearly! I just want to enjoy life and do it all to the fullest!

| What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here? My favorite part about my job is helping women find the dress that makes them say, "I love it!" and twirl around. Although some experiences are quieter and some are more expressive, it's great to know that I had a part in making someone truly feel like a queen on the day she marries her true love.
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
My favorite memory about working at the Wedding Bell was the first time a bride came back after buying her gown with me. I waved at her, hoping that she remembered me, and she practically yelled my name in return. She was so excited to be back, working with me to find a bridesmaid dress. She said, "You were so helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking for my gown that I HAD to come back here to find my bridesmaids their dresses!" I truly felt like a part of her special day. Sometimes she comes in now, just to say Hi and tell me how her wedding planning is going - it's so rewarding!
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
Finding your wedding gown should be a fun and exciting experience. Don't be afraid to try on something a little bit out of your "style", it might look really great on you! Leave yourself plenty of time so it doesn't become stressful or pressured. Bring people with you who will encourage you.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
I like to spend my time outside biking, hiking, or working on my photography skills in our beautiful Pacific Northwest backyard with my husband. If I'm not outside, then I'm probably at home watching a movie or traveling to visit friends.

What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here?
I have worked at The Wedding Bell for only a few months, but I have never loved a job as much as I love working here. Watching a brides face light up when she realizes that she has found that perfect dress is the best part of each day. There is a dress out there for every style and every body shape. I love seeing that special smile in the mirror that says 'this is the dress I have been dreaming of.'
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
It is hard to pick just one moment or story. Every day is a new day of playing dress up, and helping brides choose the most important dress of their lives. I think the best moments have to be when girls who are self-conscious realize how beautiful they really are, and how great their body looks in the right dress.
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
I would tell brides to get out there and just try. You never know what a dress looks like until it is on. Brides often come in with magazine pictures and an idea of what they want, and once they start trying on it completely changes. Get a feel for the five basic silhouettes, and when you know which looks best on you, then look for the embellishments you want.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
When I am not at work, I am most likely to be drinking coffee (I'm Addicted!). I like to sew, ebay, and hang out with friends. I have a Great Dane named Strat. I spend a lot of time with him. He is a big baby. We go on a lot of walks, and he goes everywhere with me.Email Danielle

| What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here?
I recently just started here at The
Wedding Bell, and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Trying on wedding
gowns is the most fun part of any wedding and being a part of
that experience is very special. I look forward to meeting new
brides and being apart of their special day in the future!
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
It’s so hard to pick one favorite moment because
most brides are so thankful and happy with their experience at The Wedding Bell.
Being able to put on lovely gowns on women all day long is a very happy moment
for the bride and their friends and families. Just sharing this experience when
they find the “The One,” is very rewarding.
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
The advice I would give all brides when dress
shopping, is to allow plenty of time before the day of the wedding for shipping
and alterations. Don’t be afraid to try on different styles of dresses, you just
may be surprised as to what looks flattering on.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
When I am not working, I love to go to concerts
and comedy shows. I enjoy curling up on the couch and watch movies, go shopping,
and hanging out with friends & family! I also love spending as much time with my
AMAZING boyfriend as I can!

| | What is your favorite part about helping brides and working for The Wedding Bell? How long have you worked here?
I recently started working here, so I am a
new member of the team here at The Wedding Bell. My favorite part about
helping brides is when they find the dress that they feel beautiful in.
I love when a bride first puts on a dress and instantly knows that this
is the perfect dress for her.
Do you have a favorite moment/story from working at The Wedding Bell?
So far, my favorite moment was when I showed one
of our brides her dress that she had ordered for the first time. She had ordered
the dress differently than the way our floor sample is and, when I pulled the
dress out of the bag, she was so happy. The dress was made perfectly, just the
way she had envisioned the dress to be.
What kind of advice would you give brides about dress shopping?
I would suggest that they start shopping for a
dress as soon as possible, so they will have enough time to order and alter the
perfect dress for them. I would also suggest that they try to relax and enjoy
the time they spend wedding dress shopping since this is such a special
occasion!!
What do you like to do when you aren’t working at The Wedding Bell?
I love to go hiking and camping and spending
time outside with my husband and our dog when the weather is nice. I also love
swimming and try to get to the pool at least three times a week to lap swim. My
husband and I love trying new foods and going out for dinner with friends.
